Legerity Wellness 1-Year Extended Warranty Residential
Legerity LLC ("Legerity Wellness") offers an optional 1-year extended warranty to provide you with additional peace of mind.
This warranty extends coverage beyond the standard 60-Day Worldwide Return Policy ensuring that your Legerity ice bath remains protected against defects for an additional year.
Extended Warranty Coverage:
1-Year Shell Structure: The Legerity ice bath shell is covered for an additional year against water leakage due to defects such as cracks, delamination, or structural issues caused by manufacturing defects.
1-Year Equipment and Controls: The extended warranty covers malfunctions caused by defects in materials or workmanship for an additional year on all key equipment, including the cover, inlet and outlet chiller insertion.
Exclusions from Warranty: This extended warranty will be void if Legerity Wellness or its authorized representative determines that the product has been subjected to improper use, installation of aftermarket parts, or unauthorized repairs. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
What We'll Do: Legerity Wellness, at its discretion, will repair or replace any defective product or component under this extended warranty, provided it was properly installed, used, and maintained.
If a repair or replacement is not feasible, Legerity Wellness may choose to refund the purchase price. Replacement parts may not be identical but will be of equal or greater quality.
