You can request a return within 60 days of the shipment date. To qualify for a return, the ice bath must be in 'like new' condition, free of any damage, and fully operational.

Return Requirements:

  • All items and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts included.

  • Once the items are received and inspected, if the return is approved, a full refund will be issued without any restocking fee.

  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Bundles: If you purchased a bundle that included free items and choose to return only part of the bundle, the value of any "free" items kept will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@legeritywellness.com so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
